Submitting a correction

For a correction, please identify the page, quote the sentence and include the published source that supports the change. A study title, DOI or PubMed link is particularly helpful. For regulatory points, the jurisdiction and the date of the record matter too.

A precise objection helps me most: the word that overstates a finding, the population that has disappeared from a sentence, or the preparation that has been confused with another. Those details give a correction something definite to resolve.
