Five entries cover BPC-157, five cover NAD+, seven cover semaglutide and four cover tirzepatide, with one head-to-head trial serving both incretin compounds. Nothing is cited in the text that is absent from this list, and no source appears here that is not used somewhere.

Where a documented caution on a compound page carries no bracket, that is deliberate rather than an omission: the concern is real and documented in the audited material behind this site, and no paper on this list supports it directly. Attaching the nearest available number would look tidier and would be wrong.
